We used Planmart for our recent planning submission for an extension project. We can’t rate Cat highly enough, she was really thorough with the site survey, made some fab design suggestions and turned the drawings around really quickly for planning. Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend this company, we are in a grade 2 listed building in conservation area so permissions are more meticulous, however Catherine visited our house, took photos and then drew plans sympathetic to these stringent requirements, we sailed through. Cat did all the interactions with the conservation and we couldn’t thank her enough.
